Do you enjoy small group studio classes? Look no further! Choose from a timetable of classes covering Yoga with hands on assistance if required, over 60s Body Balance, Pi/Yo and YOGADi Flow Yoga. Classes held at the Perrymount Wellness Studio in Haywards Heath.

Enjoy a unique one to one yoga class with an expert multi-discipline teacher. Your personal yoga session will include freestyle flow yoga, stretch and strength work, calming popular music, restorative visualisation and will finish with a relaxing hand and foot massage. Individual class or share between a couple at no extra charge!

PILATES Class
Enjoy a unique one to one pilates class with an expert multi-discipline teacher. Your personal pilates session will include core strengthening postures, realignment of spine and body, training on breathing, strengthening of small body parts and increasing of bone density. Individual class or share between a couple at no extra charge!

Personal Training
Enjoy a unique one to one personal training class with a highly experienced personal trainer. Choose from body blast cardio fitness, fit-ball, step, retro aerobics, circuit training or a little of each hand tailored just for your class. Individual class or share between a couple at no extra charge!

The variety of classes over the week offer a mix of Yoga, and aerobic/strength. It is useful to be able to time shift the classes as they are recorded. They are always different and fun. I like the way the classes are accessible for all levels of fitness and strength with alternatives given. Di is encouraging and supportive.
