Soft lighting, the calming smell of lavender and relaxing meditative music will ease the mind into a blissful state. I work with aromatherapy oils to help the body and mind to completely relax and find peace, while also incorporating reiki healing into the massage.

COVID Recovery Course

COVID-19 Recovery: 8 Week Restorative Yoga Course

The COVID-19 Yoga Classes are designed to gently and slowly build physical strength to the body, while also allowing the body to slowly adapt to physical and gentle exercise through gentle yoga poses.

These recovery classes are specially designed to concentrate on strengthening and expanding the lungs through breathing work. Mental Health Wellbeing after recovery for COVID-19 is a must, during my COVID-19 recovery classes I use techniques such as visualisation and meditation to help both calm and strengthen the mind to a healthier balance.

Yoga with assisted hands on help if required and wanted by the participant.

This class is suitable for all levels to help gently stretch tight, overworked and shortened muscles and to encourage full range of movement within the joint area.

Thursday

11:00am - 11:45am

Over 60s Body Maintenance.

This class is designed for the older body. Incorporating gentle stretching, low resistance weight bearing exercises to encourage muscle and bone strength and working on balance using props.

Friday

9:30am - 10:30am

Pi/Yo

Suitable for all levels. A combination of both yoga postures and pilates exercises using either our own body resistance or props such as dyno bands.

Saturday

10:00am - 11:00am

YOGADi Flow Yoga

Suitable for all levels. A free flowing yoga class choreographed to slow modern music.
