I can assure you your body shape, lack of flexibility, or strength is not an issue because I will gently guide and show you how to get the best out of your yoga practice at a beginners level so you can slowly and safely go from a beginner to an intermediate level in six weeks.
I have designed the complete YOGADI six week beginners yoga course to guide you slowly and carefully through various yoga asanas/postures teaching you how to enter and hold each asana/posture.
As you journey through the six week course I will teach you techniques through breath control and engaging muscle groups to help you stay longer and go deeper into each asana/posture with the help of props such as blocks and yoga straps.
