Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise. Concentrating on skeletal alignment and building core strength, which in turn can help reduce and elevate back issues.
Over the six week course you will learn techniques on how to engage large and small muscle groups from the complex abdominal muscles, to the small but extremely important pelvic floor muscles.
During the six week Pilates course I will work on specific exercises, showing and teaching you how to safely do each Pilate exercise. Towards the end of the six weeks you will be able to identify how to switch on and engage your muscles, which will help align your skeleton and keep your body strong and safe from injury and pain.
